a zing bar combines two essential elements of all the best snack bars: amazing taste and the benefits of great nutrition. zing bars offer full flavor and robust nutrition in one enticing package.

how are zing bars different?

all zing flavors were crafted by professional nutritionists and genuine food lovers, meaning each bar is packed with the nutrients our bodies need to thrive without sacrificing taste. no fake stuff. just adequate protein, good carbs, good fats, and amazing taste!

what does the zing name mean?

zest, vigor and vitality—the body’s natural (and predictable) response to the great nutrition and great taste after eating a zing bar.

are there any zing bars that do not contain nuts?

all zing bars contain an almond nut butter base. also, all of our products are manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, and eggs.

how does zing avoid cross-contamination?

our manufacturing facility follows strict regulations and product safety protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (“GMPs”) as defined and enforced by the U.S. FDA. these extensive safeguards help prevent cross-contamination and any other compromises to quality or safety. our production facility is also certified under the Safe Quality Food Institute’s food safety and quality standards, which are recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

are zing bars gluten-free?

all zing bars are certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). our production facility is entirely free from wheat and gluten.

are zing bars plant-based?

we can now proudly say that all our zing bars are made with plant-based protein. please be aware that all of our products are manufactured on equipment that also processes dairy but is sanitized before production begins.

are zing bars soy-free?

yes! all zing bars are free of ingredients that contain soy, soy protein, or soy lecithin.

are zing bars non-GMO certified?

all of our original zing bars are verified non-GMO through the non-GMO project. the zing team is currently hard at work to qualify our keto product line for the non-GMO certification as well.

are zing bars kosher?

all zing bars are certified Kosher Dairy (OU-D) by the Orthodox Union. our plant-based bars, which contain no dairy ingredients, are made on equipment that is also used to make products that do contain dairy. the equipment is sanitized between productions to remove traces from the previous batch.

are zing bars high in sugar?

no. most zing bars contain 8 to 9 grams of sugar—a benchmark in the nutrition community. the natural sweeteners we use are tapioca syrup and agave nectar, both low on the glycemic index, meaning they release slowly and provide sustained energy over several hours.

do your bars contain caffeine or stimulants?

our mocha bar is the only product that contains trace amounts of caffeine. the rest of our zing products come strain from the finest, most nutrient-dense ingredients possible. each bar’s balance of adequate protein, good carbs, and good fats provides natural, sustained energy that won’t spike your blood sugar. this way, you can keep going through your day with authentic focus and clarity, while feeling satisfied for hours.

does zing offer free shipping?

yes! we offer free shipping on any order over $59 for our regular customers, and on any order over $40 for our subscribe and save customers. If you do not meet the free shipping threshold, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 for one-time orders, and $7 for subscription orders.

how long will it take for my order to ship?

to maintain the utmost quality and freshness of our products, orders are processed within 2 business days and ship Monday-Wednesday(average processing & delivery time is 5-7 days from order date).

what forms of payment do you accept?

we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

when will my credit card be charged?

your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your online order.

will your chocolate-coated bars melt during shipping?

our chocolate-coated bars are covered in a real dark chocolate that may start to melt when subjected to high temperatures. when high outdoor temperatures are likely, our fulfillment team will utilize temperature-controlled shipping methods to ensure the best possible quality at the time of delivery. if you have additional questions, please email us at

the best way to get your favorite flavor into a store near you is to request it through the store manager. however, you can also reach out to us at and we’ll alert our sales team. don’t forget, all of your favorite flavors are available for home delivery right here on our website!

subscribe & save

what is subscribe & save?

subscribe and save allows you to receive automatic shipments of your favorite zing bar flavors at a discount of 20%.

is there a minimum to subscribe & save?

you can place a subscription order for any number of bars or flavors. you will never be locked into your subscription order, and you can cancel at any time. three days prior to shipping, we will send out an email that allows you to modify your order on a recurring basis, if you wish to do so.

when can i expect my subscribe & save to start?

your first order is automatically sent, and subsequent orders are sent at the frequency you chose at check out. options include 1-week to 3-month intervals. frequency can be adjusted at any time in your “Manage Subscriptions” section.

when will my credit card be charged?

the credit card that you have on file will be charged on the day you start your initial subscription order, then will be charged on the frequency that you selected. for example, if you place an order on February 28th for a monthly recurring subscription, then March 28th is the next time your card will be charged.

how do I adjust my subscribe & save subscription?

you can change/add flavors, update your credit card information, or adjust your ship date on your subscription by logging into your account. from there, click on manage subscriptions and choose the options you would like to modify. if you wish to update the flavor(s) you are receiving, please note that the day of your change will be the new date of your shipment. this only occurs on flavor changes, or if you adjusted your ship date.

how do i cancel subscription?
